35歳女性、入院当初PCR陰性も5日目の誘発喀痰検査で陽性。5日目の2回目のPCRは陰性。12日目に退院。海外渡航でコロナに暴露された可能性があれば、下気道の検体採取は勧められる。2020年日本研究。成田赤十字病院と亀田メディカルセンター。
